new credit card
I have a new secure credit card but it has not been updated too this account or has raised my credit score and I would like to know why

Its called "history"

The new card will be reported thru the system after the first billing cycle and then should start reporting every month. Secured cards don't always require a hard credit check so they don't always get reported right away.

And by the way, getting a new card will not automaticly raise your score. You have to prove that you can manage it as well.
