try to re set password-they send you in circles and then tell you that email is already in use ,but you cant access it because you dont have a password!!

I'm trying to get a loan to refinance a motohome but need to know where I stand with my credit.  I've tried to open a new account with credit karma  and tried my present email but nothing works. How can I start all over  with new email and password. ...so I can get my credit score.........
