Need to know my rights and if any legal action is possible
Firestone attempted to extend my credit score without permission.....this obviously caused an inquiry into my credit........they then proceeded to charge a bill on my credit card which was higher than my available credit which resulted in it being recorded on my account that I am over my limit. Firestone was advised to charge a portion of the bill onto my credit card and i would pay the rest out of pocket. My credit score on credit karma has dropped 54 points and I feel that this is related. I need to know what options do I have to resolve this including legal options.
