Get copies of all three credit reports and look them over thoroughly (something you should do once a year, every year).  File disputes on all wrong information (that includes things you don't know where they came from) with the bureau reporting it.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete that entry. That is the best way to handle this, especially since it is common for errors to appear on credit reports.

EOS CCA's address is 700 Longwater Drive, Norwell MA 02061.  Send them a dispute letter asking for validation of the account.  They're pretty wimpy, so they may just delete the info (I've had good luck getting them off credit reports).  Be persistent but polite.  Best of luck!
