Depends on the month it was completed.

This year is not yet over and the disappearance of the bankruptcy depends on the date it was filed.  Check your papers for the date.  Allow a couple of months for the data to get entered on the credit reports, then you MIGHT consider filing a dispute with the reporting credit bureau due to it remaining on the report longer than the required 10 years.
