my score is 595 should i consider bankruptcy?

Not unless you want your score to drop even lower, and for TEN years, even.  Though we cannot see any of your credit information, some things to look at are late payments, over utilization of credit and collections.  If you haven't already read the articles on this site, I do suggest you start taking in that information.  Keep the payments on time,all the time.  Strive to pay all credit card accounts in full when the statement comes in and keep utilizatioin at or below 10%.

Bankruptcy is generally a "cop-out"  to avoid taking responsibility for misuse of credit and it is the ultimate last resort when one may have something substantial to lose otherwise. Avloid it.
