If your mortgage was discharged under Chapter 7 bankruptcy, it gets rid of your personal liability on your mortgage, but it doesn't get rid of the lien on the house...the bank still owns its interest in the property.  The lender can still foreclose if you stop paying and take your the property.

So, if you want to stay in the property, you have to keep paying.  If not, you are under no further obligation to pay.
