my lender only reports to one agency, how do I get good info to the other agencies?

Unfortunately, you can't.  The credit bureaus only accept data from furnishers, they charge for that priviledge.  They also require that the furnishers have a certain number of accounts to report (in the hundreds) and the data must be sent via encrypted file transfer using specific software with Metro 2 settings.  It's a complicated process and can get expensive for smaller lenders.
