My judgment was vacated; Now what do I do?
I had a civil judgment filed against me on July 24th 2013, on July 26th 2013 it was vacated. I did not know this until now. I pulled my annual credit report and saw the judgement, it was showing unpaid. I called the court system and they told me it was vacated two days after being filed and that I am free of all debt obligations.
How do I get this reflected on my credit report and public records? Does this make it go away all together?
Thank you for any advice you may have
