my identy was stoled in the year2006 does this hurt my credit
IN JUNE 26 2006 A LAP TOP WITH PATIENT INFO STOLEN FROM
THE ER.AT VASSERBROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER. IT WAS REPORTED
TO THE POUGHKEEPSIE POLICE. THE LAPTOP HAD MY NAME,
ADDRESS,DATE OF BIRTH ,MY GENDER,MY PHONENUMBER,
MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.BUT I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON,
BUT OTHER PEOPLES IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO.DOES THIS
HURT MY CREDIT SCORE.AND DOES THIS HELP.

Having  your ID stolen in and of itself does not hurt your credit.  It only gets hurt if someone starts running up charges that aren't yours.
