my house hasn't been re-appraised in 70 years
i inherited my house. it has been totally renovated, yet the "official' county description has not updated. therefore it appears that it is worth less than my home loan, ergo effecting my credit score. that catch 22 is that if i have the "description" changed, my property taxes will go up. what to do? what to do?
