My ex got the house in the divorce and was told to refinance it. He did.
Now it is on my report as Transferred To Another Account. Closed. What do I do?

For this entry on your credit report, there is nothign that you can do.   It will remain on your credit report as reference for the next 7-10 years.  As it was a mortgage, it remains listed for longer than normal although has no bearing on your credit report after 7 years.   This was in fact a valid debt that you had at the time so any payment history will remain as it was during the time it was still in your name.
