Could be inactivity? When I went through Chapter 13 bankruptcy, I had zero credit activity for 5 years... this dropped my TU and Equifax scores to zero until I got a credit card (and soon after, a mortgage) after the bankruptcy was discharged. Once that happened and I made a payment, my scores came up and my complete credit history did as well.

Not sure if this is your case, and you may want to contact CK's admins and/or customer support just in case.
