The average FICO score (which is NOT the same score you see here) for a new car with a good interest rate is in the mid-700s.  You may qualify, but you'll probably pay higher interest.

Car Loan

Take a look at your credit report and see what it looks like in terms of on time payments, derogatory accounts, collections, credit utilization, etc. If all of these are good, I think you have an excellent chance of getting the loan you want. Shop rates and don't assume you have to swallow a higher APR. Your score is not as bad as you think,
