only the lender will know for sure, but it seems low from what I understand of the lending restrictions now in place.  I am guessing that your credit file is not large or there are other things also bringing down your score, such as use/available credit percentage.  Read and see what you might do to get that score over 700 is what I would suggest before applying for a mortgage.
