This is related to a judgement. It is not incorrect, and it is paid. How long will it remain on my credit report

Like everything on your

Credit Report it will remail either 7 or 10 years.

Consumer credit is reported for 7 years.

Anything to do with the government or courts remains for 10 years.

It's my understanding though, for most people, that those incidents actually are only accounted for in your scores for about 2 years.  Many scoring profiles only use the last 24 months of activity to create a score.

Good luck.
