Multiple kinds of credit?
Is it better to have multiple kinds of credit from one source or many sources? Example: Mortgage, car loan, credit cards, personal loan all from Citibank or Mortgage from Wells Fargo, car loan from Capital One, credit cards from Citibank, personal loan from Bank of America.

Most lenders like to see a healthy mix of different types of credit. Who extended this credit to you is largely irrelevant, except for cases where a lender may not want to give you a credit card when you already have one open with them.
