Mortgage interest rate
I love what Credit Karma is all about...however...I'm confused with the information on my mortgage interest rate. It says I pay 11.68% and I could save big bucks with refinancing with another bank. Where is this 11.68% coming from??? I pay 3.5%

CreditKarma saying can get a better apr

I bought a new home almost 3 yrs ago.  Borrowed 245,000 at 4%.  When I check my credit, it shows the total payment, including my taxes and insurance.  Creditkarma keeps telling me my apr is 9.5.  Is that possible with a 4% interest loan over 30yyrs?  My taxes are pretty high which makes my payment quite a bit.  So in other words, it looks like I'm paying more than 4% for my mortgage this way?  Does this makes sense?  And how do I fix this?  THX
