Missed Auto Payment... Paid Before 30 Days Overdue
I had a BBT car payment due March 13. I completely forgot & ended up missing a payment for the first time in my 12 year credit career because BBT does not allow recurring auto-pay online unless you also have another BBT account to pay from (I don't)... This payment as well as next month's will clear on Monday, 4/3 so it won't be 30 days overdue yet. I currently have an 811 credit score - Is this going to get reported and affect my score?

I am extremely worried because I also have a locked in mortgage rate on a house I currently have under contract, and will not be closing on the home for another 60 days or so... I appreciate any helpful insight... Thanks in advance!

It might be best for you to call them and explain what (if anything) had happened. It won't be reported to Credit Bureaus as 30 days late until its actually 30 days pass due, but they might charge you a late fee tho.
