Do some reading on "pay for delete agreements". If you have any money to pay any of the bills then try to start tackling them with "pay for delete" offers.

UNpaid medical bills

Helpful to 0 out of 1 people

When you don't pay your medical bills, the unpaid bills are sent to a collection agency. They in turn report to the credit reporting agencies such as Transunion, Equifax and Experian.  If you had paid your medical bills and/or worked out a payment plan your credit may not have been affected.
