lost points for no reason
Logged in this week and CK says i lost -65 points on transunion and -73 points on experian....for no reason. Nothing was addeded to my report, no recent changes reported...in fact it just reported that i made my last car payment on-time and dropped my score.....i am really starting to hate this site.

Hi Trexroo,

Sorry for your frustration. Credit Karma doesn't calculate your score, so we can't provide the exact reasons for the changes you see. We do, however, provide your full credit reports so you can review them for any changes. Closing an account (paying off your auto loan) is a significant enough action on your credit report to cause a score to change, but there may have been other factors as well.
