If your FICO score is in the 580-600 range, you can consider taking out a loan with Avant or Springleaf, two online lenders that specialize in bad credit loans. If you qualify for one of these loans, watch out for high interest rates and origination fees though. There's no point in taking out a loan to consolidate other debt if the rates are too high (and term too short, which will make the monthly payment higher).

If your FICO score is below ~580, you might want to consider cleaning up your credit report and getting rid of negatives before attempting to take out a loan. There are a ton of good articles in the Credit Karma community to read up on.

I got my debts consolidated (credit cards only) by using a balance transfer credit card.  But, if your credit is poor, you may have to work on getting some of the negatives cleared up in order to get consolidation.  I know it seems unfair, but granting credit is virtually lending money to someone and, if their credit history is not good, lenders do not want to take a risk. Please consider re-reading the articles on this site to help you get things straightened out.
