Judgment on credit should have been in our bankruptcy!
We filled for chapter 7 in 2009 and a bank filed a judgment against us in January of 2010.
We were served and gave them our bankcruptcy filling number.
That bank was not included in our official filling. (apparently lawyer made mistake)
Now we have a judgment that we can't pay (6 figures) that should have been included in the bankcruptcy. Since then the bank has been taken over by the FDIC.
Where do I begin to get this corrected? First in court then on the credit reports?

You need to ask your bankruptcy attorney how to fix this.  Best of luck!
