judgement-how long are they carried on your report-do they ever go away
judgement filed by collection agency in 2009-original credit history has fallen off report-judgement still there

Paid judgements stay on for 7 years from date paid.  Unpaid judgements stay on for 10 years, but the creditor can re-file the judgement after the 10 year period and start it for another 10 years.
