Judgement help, attorney not doing his part...
I paid a judgement 3 weeks ago and the attorney for the creditor is telling for the past 3 weeks that he has been forgetting to file for satisfaction of judgement, what can I do because I really need this fixed ASAP, I have all the reciepts where i paid the creditor, court and lawyer fees, but just waiting on him and now he is ignoring my calls as of today. Also once I get the paper saying it's satisfied can I dispute it to get it removed? Whats the best route to even get the dispute removed at this point (minor details the judgement is from 2010, and payment was made 3/2/2016)
