It's been 9 and a half years for my bankruptcy. can it be removed now at my request?
And who do I report it too? To get this removed?

The credit bureaus may not report a bankruptcy that is more than 10 years beyond the original filling date. This applies to both discharged and dismissed bankruptcies. Just 6 more months and it should fall off without any action needed.
