NO, Any debt you owe will show up

There is no difference between oweing money for medical expenses or an auto loan, or credit cards or mortgage.  Your credit report is a comprihensive view of all your credit as reported to the Credit Bureaus.  Not all lenders report to the credit bureaus.  Like utilities and landlords who don't report because of the cost involved.  But if you owe them they can report to the Credit bureaus so that they can try to collect the debt.

To get them removed you can try a Validation letter, Google it for more info. Mail them to the Credit bureaus asking them to verify the account. If they don't have the legal right to collect the debt it will be removed from your credit report. If it is validated then you will have to pay it off to get it off your report.

Good luck
