Where's your Canadian politeness?.  

"Good question" is next to the LIKE BUTTON and is NOT a response, but a way for us to agree with it.  

So instead of complaining, why don't you email CreditKarma and report back ?

I doubt CK is reading this forum, since the OP is over 2 years old without an official answer.
