Is there a difference in credit scoring wether applying for a car or cc or home ?
I was told that auto financing used a different score that your actual credit score. Is this true?

Many lenders use "auto enhanced" scores when they underwrite auto loans.  It puts more weight on your auto loan payment history than other loan types, so the scores can be different than standard credit scores.

I don't think they do this for any other loan type.
