Is it true that we should not use 100% of our credit limit. How will that effect our score?

Better start reading as it has been talked about 100's of  times.

Rather than just an abrupt answer...

It is HORRIBLE for you to use 100% of your credit.  Try to use no more than 30%.  If you don't have the income to support the amount you use the cards, then don't use tham and reduce your purchases.  If you do have the income to support the amount you use the cards, then pay them more frequently so that the balance at statement time is less than 30%.

By the way, icuhowie is absolutely right... read the info on this site.  It's invaluable for you.
