The value of the vehicle in the book will probably be the most you could refinance for using the vehicle to secure the loan. 

If your credit is in pretty good shape you may qualify for an unsecured personal loan that you could use to pay off the auto loan. 

Be sure that you check with the lender that the Auto loan doen't have fees or penalties for an early pay off, if it does, be sure to take that into consideration when apping for the personal loan.
