Yes. I have 3 cards with Capital One, all with varying lines of credit and rewards. I've found that USING only 2 of the 3 cards regularly keeps available credit higher as the 3rd card never reports a balance, and therefore keeps my utilization average lower. 

Cap One reports them independently of each other. It can actually benefit your credit report to have multiple in such a case, assuming they are all low utlization and paid on-time.
