Is it better 2 leave accounts on ur report with credit lines your not using?
Also if you haven't used these accounts in years and want to start using them do you think they will be good to use since the limits are still showing on the report? Also these accounts were paid off in full before my credit went south.

No usage required. Keep it.

You don't have to use the credit just because its available. If your accounts are paid, good standing and have a good history, then don't lose them. They age slowly and hence will help you to have a longer credit history. Also, they add to your available credit so, more reason to keep them alive. Using them again is good, as this will help your score. Good luck.
