You may need to use a third party processor  check out  www.officialpayments.com/IRS

Just try and pay off the balance before the 0% promo runs out.  Some will charge you for the interest on the whole amount if you don't,  It should be in your CC aggreement if thats the case.

Thanks, found a card that has 18 month 0 % APR for purchases; will give them a call and you're right, there is a third party processor fee that seems to vary from about 1.86 % to 2.35 % of amount of tax due.
