Linking your account just helps you get a better idea of how youre doing financially day to day. Definitely use CK to identify problems and prioritize fixing them.

You cannot pay your accounts via Credit Karma.  It is not set up for that.
  It's primarily a financial planning help tool so you can see the potential results of certain financial decisions before you actually do so.  Helps in avoiding major mistakes.
