That depends on how many you have

hard inquiries tend to drop your score 3 to 5 points when they are done, unless you have more than 4 on your report. That is usually off set by the increase to your available credit the next month.  It will also depend on what your score is now. 

So if you have less than 4 inquiries and you can transfer enough to save a reasonable amount of interest,  And your score is high enough that you should get a reasonably high credit limit on the new card, Then it should be a good deal.
