I have am now Disabled/Retired on low income SS $1349, plus $882. My total monthly out going revolving payments, are $303 Car 50 ins and 25 in Credit card, just charge and pay off. So If I went SC USDA Direct mortgage how much home could I afford? How Long does it take? and how will they figure how much my payment could be? Is USDA right for me? I have no late payments, Foreclosures, short sales, or any other blemishes' on my credit report. Do I have a shot at once again owning a home of my own.
