Best way to find out if it is reported on any of your credit reports is to do an annual check of all three of them.  Creditors (and that may include the IRS) generally report to only one credit bureau.  Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all three reports so you can make certain what is showing and what should be disputed (wrong information).
