Call them and they will just take it off for you, no paper work required. The goverment figured out they are causing problems by screwing peoples credit reports and they want you to spend to help the economy so new rules are as simple as call them up and bam they will take it off quickly for you. For the IRS they are incredibly fast on doing this.
