Then check your credit report.

CK only reflects whats reported  on your credit report.  If the info is wrong then you need to investigate why.  25% of Credit Reports have inaccurate info on them. 

If your not aware of these items are you sure there isn't Fraud or ID theft involved?  

Get copies of all 3 of your Credit Reports and check them out line by line, Go to   AnnualCreditReport .com  to get free copies of your credit report once a year.    Dispute any info that is not accurate.  You may have to follow up with more letters etc. But it is YOUR CREDIT,  YOU need to protect it and make sure the info is accurate.
