Im not able to pay my credit cards anymore and haven't paid these last 2 months what happens next?

Did you contact your lenders to see what they can do to help you keep your accounts current? I guess only do this though if you feel that you can follow through with getting them paid, you didn't say your situation on why you can't pay your cards any more. If it is medical related and you cannot work, then entering a payment arrangement with them, may be pointless if you won't have money coming in. On the other hand, if you lost your job, you could recover from this by finding some new employment to get you by until you find another job doing what you do.
