Credit bureaus typically don't remove inquiries as a result of consumer disputes.  The credit bureau takes the dispute, verifies with themselves that they recieved the inquiry and returned your credit information, and tells you the inqury was made and take it up with the person who made the inquiry if it should have been a soft inquiry or they shouldn't have made an inquiry at all.

They will remove the inquiry if you can convince the people who made the inquiry to tell the credit bureau that they screwed up and made the inquiry in error.  If you can't get the inquiries removed then don't worry about it unless you are planning a major credit application in the next year.  The real effect of inquiries reduces at 6 months and virtually disappears after a year.  A major reason inquiries hurt your scores is the possibility that new debt will be hitting your credit reports in a couple months, and after 6 months that risk has largely passed.

I had hard hits from Tmobile and wrote a letter to them asking to remove it and they did.

18 hard hits in 2 weeks??  You have been busy applying.  If you are trying to get a loan or credit card, spread it around a little bit, and don't ever apply so often.  It will take awhile for that many hits to disipate.
