If my score is about 700 what kind of interest rate can I expect on a mortgage

We can't tell you that.  You'd have to shop around for mortgage rates.  Keep in mind that you don't have just one score.  For any scoring model you typically have a score with each of the 3 major CRA's.  Additionally there isn't just one scoring model used by creditors.  Most mortgage lenders will use an older FICO model.  They will then take the scores from each CRA and use the mid score.

It's never just about score either.  Even if 700 was your mortgage mid score it wouldn't be enough information to determine rate.  On top of that, different mortgage lenders have different underwriting criteria so rates can vary from lender to lender.
