If i have a charge off debt how do i rectify that on my credit report to show in good standing?
I have called and they show no record of me in their system at all.

Where did you call? The original lender? If so, then they may have sold the debt to a collection company. I really can't give you any advice because you were too vague about your situation. Ask a new question and provide the following: what kind of debt? How old is the debt, when did you make your last payment? Is there a collection account showing on your credit reports for this debt? Is the debt within the "statute of limitations" to be sued for in your state? When was the account last updated?

Usually it is very hard to get the original charged off account removed, but there are certain cases when you can. Collection accounts on the other hand have a better chance for removal, sometimes...

Are you working to get active accounts in good standing on your credit reports? After a lot of reading about credit and how to rebuild it a SECURED CREDIT CARD can be a good place to start. Do some reading about PAY FOR DELETE AGREEMENTS too. They usually never work for original accounts but sometimes can with collection accounts.
