A lot more than your credit score will go into this. You are talking a sizable amount of money, so you will have to have a decent income, good length of employment history, a good robust credit profile in addition to your decent scores, a down payment and so on. Remember that there are different types of credit scores. Most auto lenders use an auto version of FICO scores. You get Vantage Scores here. As to whether you want to lease or not, that depends on the amount of driving that you do every year, you will get hammered on leases if you go over the mileage allotment. I advise you to spend a good bit of time reading on all of this.
