If I cancel a recently added card will that bring my average back up?
I have credits cards as long as 20 years but recently added one and because they average the old ones in with the new ones my average age dropped. If I cancel the new card will my "average" go back up?

Nope.  Despite how the CK site presents it, AAoA includes both open and closed accounts on your report.  Closing an account does not increase AAoA.  Opening one will though.

Oops -- sorry.  Opening one will decrease AAoA, not increase.
