if a account was place on my credit 7 years ago can it be repalce on my credit agin by another .
can another company replace something that was on my credit but fell off and now they talking about filing a judgement can they do that after it been on your credit report.

The "statute of limitations" and the 7 year reporting rule are two DIFFERENT things. Look up the "sol" in your state to be sued for this type of debt. While they most likely will be unallowed to place the debt back on your reports, they may still be able to sue you depending on your state's "sol" on this. Do some reading on FDCPA (fair debt collection practices act) as that may be helpful to you.
