You need to call fingerhut to find out if an account was indeed opened in your name first. Disputing it with CB won't do you any good if account was opened in your name, tho you personally didn't open it but someone did open it in your name, therefore it's reported correctly and should remain on your report. You are dealing with possible Identity theft situation than reported incorrectly.
