Highly doubtful, I would make a new plan for an auto. First you should work to build your credit and get a paid off auto loan or two under your belt. You would also want to save up a large down payment. Keep the following in mind: Most lenders use an auto version of FICO scores, your overall credit profile is just as important as scores, year and mileage of auto are a concern, time at current employment, debt to income ratio, amount of down payment, etc. Do some reading on how to build a great credit score and work on that for now, be patient and put the big purchase off for a while to give yourself time to get in a better situation to be approved.
