You're thinking of FICO 9 which has yet to be adopted by creditors.  The most commonly used scoring model today is FICO 8 but not all creditors and products use FICO 8.  There are many FICO models used by creditors.  It will be some time before FICO 9 is widely adopted and even then, segments like mortgage will not jump on FICO 9.  Most mortgage lenders are still using FICO 4, IIRC.
